1. Can you share some random or funny facts about your team?

Whenever we have an external team meeting at a restaurant everyone is afraid that I might choose another vegan restaurant (Kenyans love meat!).

2. What is your biggest learning as an entrepreneur so far?

Quick and immediate fixes are extremely rare. Almost any change process takes hundreds of iterative baby steps. Once you recognize that it’s easier to stay motivated.

3. What recommendation would you give to someone who thinks about starting a social enterprise?

Only start a business if you are absolutely ok that success will take a very long time. Be persistent and be patient. Always make sure the unit economics make sense.
