1. What was a turning point in your career as an entrepreneur / for your organization?
In 2018, we turned into a self-managed company. This was definitely the biggest change and the biggest challenge we’ve ever faced.
2. What was a troubling time that you managed to overcome?
In 2009, the growth of our business led to a financial lag that we could only address by selling 70% of our business to a corporation. It took us 9 years to get it back.
3. What is the best thing about being a member of empowering people. Network?
Training received, in addition to meeting with other ventures and learning from them.
