Questions answered by Juan Pablo Perez Panduro, CEO & Co-founder
1. Imagine yourself/yourselves 5 years ago in comparison to the situation you are in today. Which achievements surprise you the most?

I would say to build a relationship of trust between different people. It is amazing what you can accomplish when you get together with amazing people and organizations.

2. What was a turning point in your career as an entrepreneur / for your organization?

Once you know something is wrong or there is some kind of injustice, you have to do something about it. That’s what happened when we learned about the low income of hardworking coffee farmers.

3. What drives you personally to keep your social business running?

There is a big injustice in family farming and I think we have the tools and capabilities to be able to do something about it.
