1. Imagine yourself/yourselves 5 years ago in comparison to the situation you are in today. Which achievements surprise you the most?
Growing our small team of three into a global not-for-profit medical technology company.
2. What is your biggest success as an entrepreneur?
Surpassing 1 million patients with our medical devices with the majority of patients living in low- and -middle income settings.
3. What drives you personally to keep your social business running?
Improving health, particularly of children, young people, and women opens the promise for a life of full potential: healthy relationships and families, education, productive and fulfilling work, more peaceful communities, and a healthier planet. I do what I do because as a global society we have the skills and know-how to solve most critical health issues now.

- The ReMotion Knee and earlier prototypes are included as part of San Francisco’s MOMA’s “Designed in California” and Design Museum Portland’s “Bespoke Bodies: The Design & Craft of Prosthetics” exhibits. It was also included in the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Discovery Center exhibition, “Design with the 90%”.
